Both the tank and customer service are amazing! Everything arrived quickly and their customer service has been too tier! My jellyfish are thriving and the whole process has been easy with the help of Natalie.

Ordered 2 medium moon jellies to add to my smack. Delivery was fast and everything came extremely well packaged. The jellyfish were healthy and active. I’m setting up a second jelly aquarium will recommend this to anyone.

The aquarium came in great condition, everything assembled easily, and the video resources were phenomenal. When we were ready, we used the provided code to order the jellies themselves. They arrived well packed, on time, and in excellent condition. They were active and healthy, and did great acclimating to the aquarium! Once again, the videos of the process were so helpful.

Aside from the product being lovely and bringing a lot of joy to my life, and life to my home-- I want to really highlight how amazing the people who work there. Honestly, I know of one powerhouse girl who I've spoken to twice there (I'm assuming they are all as amazing). They were proactive: they saw I didn't follow the instructions for shipping, and reached out to confirm. She was always available for my call and never made me feel dumb about product questions.
