- Choose the Right Shipping:
Orders with live jellyfish Must select "Express" or "Priority Overnight" shipping. - Order Cutoff Time:
Orders placed after 12 PM (Eastern) will ship the next business day. - Jellyfish Kit Orders:
If you ordered a jellyfish kit, check your email for a Jellyfish Redemption voucher, which includes your code for jellyfish, food, and Standard Express shipping.

- FedEx tracking provides an estimated delivery time.
- Delivery typically occurs between 11 AM and 2 PM but can range from 9 AM to 8 PM, depending on your location.
- You’ll receive an email with your order details and FedEx tracking number the day before delivery for real-time updates.

- For better care, have the package delivered to your workplace to avoid exposure to weather.
