Jellyfish Shipping Schedule
If your order contains live jellyfish you MUST choose "Express Live Jellyfish" or "Overnight" as your shipping option. If an order is placed after Noon (Eastern) on a given day, it gets shipped with the orders for the next day.
If you ordered a jellyfish kit from Jellyfishart.com you would have received a Jellyfish Redemption email that contains you voucher code for the jellyfish, food and Express Live Jellyfish shipping.

Saturday Deliveries?:
Saturday delivery option is available for orders placed before noon (EST) on Friday. Note that there is an additional shipping charge for Priority Overnight Saturday deliveries.
Overnight Shipping?:
Overnight shipments will incur an additional charge if selected. The redeemable jellyfish packages include the cost of Express Live Jellyfish shipping which has an estimated arrival of 2 days. Overnight shipping can be selected at an additional cost if desired.
Tracking your shipment:
FedEx tracking information will provide estimate delivery time. Although the packages are usually delivered between 11am and 2pm, they could arrive any time between 9am and 8pm depending on your location.
The day before your package is scheduled to arrive, you will receive an email with your order information and FedEx tracking number, which you can use to get up-to-date information on your package. We recommend getting them delivered to your workplace so the package can be taken out of the elements until the jellyfish can be introduced to the tank. You can also call FedEx at 800-GO-FEDEX right after you receive notification your package shipped to have it held at your local FedEx location where you can pick it up.
We do not ship LIVE jellyfish to: Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, or other countries. Please see our international orders page for more details.
