Prime is a complete and concentrated conditioner for saltwater aquariums. Prime removes chlorine, chloramine and detoxifies ammonia. Prime converts ammonia into a safe, non-toxic form that is readily removed by the tank’s biofilter - allowing for an easy and safe solution to elevated ammonia levels. Prime is non-acidic and will not impact pH. This is a great product to have in you Jelly supplies. The use of Prime should be reserved for emergency situations where ammonia is elevated and new water is not immediately available for a water change. The Prime will neutralize ammonia while new water is mixed.
